Short listed

Yipppiejayhee.... I thought it would never happen again. After two thousand applications for medical posts I am shortlisted. I am invited for an Interview and I am considered for a training post. I am incredibly relieved and happy! So at least it seems not absolutely impossible to get a job...even if I am not there yet...more and more steps are taken!

Glastonbury Festival Rocks

After lots of messages like flooding and rain in Glastonbury I am sitting in front of the TV at the moment and watch a program of the bands playing today. I have to addmit that I am rather a Coldplay fan and here they are in colour and stero in my TV for free. No rain, no dirt and not cold like a couple of thousand fans there. I am getting old... but as I remember my wet festival days and seeing the pictures of the flooding I am happy sitting here and listening comfortably without cold feet. I know it's not the same....but still rather at home.... and I have to admitt Coldplay rocks!!!
